Some good stuff to know before the show (or event)
Here are some important facts and information about our booking process for tickets to musicals plays shows and events
1 - Kevin Aguilar has special arrangements to obtain tickets prior to them being available to the public, which enables him in most cases to be able to provide better than average seating assignments
2 - Booking is performed in a tiered system. Ever flown on Southwest? Its like that, its done in groups. The tiers are as follows (in this order).
Gold Members (Patreon)
Silver Members (Patreon)
Bronze Members (Patreaon)
Kevin Aguilar Newsletter Subscribers
Waitlist (each show has its own dedicated waitlist )
Facebook Event
There are some other important facts you should know such as:
1 - all sales are final*
2- there are no refunds or exchanges
3 major credit cards accepts - no gift card, checks or money orders
4 - tickets are released approximately 30 days prior to the performance date
5 If purchasing tickets for someone other than the purchaser - please supply the name of the ticket recipient for our records.
6 If you forget your tickets or loose your tickets - you may go to the box office, present your ID and supply the group name "KEVIN AGUILAR" and your tickets will be reprinted
*in the event the show is cancelled due to weather etc - refunds will be conducted accordingly
